These Terms govern your use of appvik.ai and any services provided by Appvik Technologies (“Appvik AI”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We design, build, run, and maintain AI business systems. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Content on this site is provided for information and may change without notice.

3. Proposals and audits

A free audit is exploratory. Recommendations are provided as-is and do not create an obligation until a written engagement is agreed.

4. Ownership and infrastructure

Unless an engagement says otherwise, systems we build run on your infrastructure and accounts, and you own the resulting system on full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and general know-how.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide timely access, credentials, and information needed to deliver the work.
• Ensure you have the right to connect the tools and data you ask us to automate.
• Use delivered systems in compliance with the terms of the third-party services they rely on.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, milestones, and payment terms are defined per engagement.

7. Third-party tools

Our systems often integrate third-party platforms. We are not responsible for those providers’ availability, pricing, or terms.

8. Warranties and liability

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in its statement of work. On termination, you keep the systems delivered and paid for; we remove our access.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
